Insurance
Pricing and Insurance: Payment is due at time of service and clients are required to maintain an active credit card on file. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Flexible Saving Accounts, (FSA) and Health Saving Accounts, (HSA), as a payment.
PRIVATE SELF- PAY: Some people opt to pay for therapy themselves to secure privacy and increase independence of choice. When clients use insurance to pay for therapy, we are required to provide a diagnosis and now these treatment episodes become a part of your health insurance record.
In-Network: Selah Solutions, LLC accepts several insurance providers and are considered in-network with these providers. As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your coverage prior to your first session. We highly recommend that you also call your provider to get detailed information on your mental health outpatient benefits.
Out of Network: If you are covered by an insurance provider that is not in our network, contact your member services to find out more about possible out-of-network mental health reimbursement options. However, you are responsible for the fee at the time of service.

Need To Cancel?
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within a 24-hour timeframe or no-show for your appointment, you will be assessed $100.00.
